Vogue 1621 Attitudes by Byron Lars. Two Dress designs, top, and pants. A: Pullover dress or top with yoke, draped/looped front and pleat details at waistline. Dress C has  flared skirt, and ties forming pleat effect. Both dresses and top have peak collar and extra-long sleeves with button cuffs. High-waisted pants are tapered and lined. 1995.
